TO AWARD "THE KINGSLEY SCHOLARSHIP" TO A BOY OR BOYS WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE COUNTY OF LONDON AND WHOSE FATHERS WERE THEMSELVES EDUCATED AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS REPRESENTED AT THE LAST HEADMASTERS' CONFERENCE TO BE HELD BEFORD THE DEATH OF THE TESTATRIX SUCH PARENTS BEING IN THE OPINION OF THE HEADMASTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SCHOOL UNABLE TO AFFORD TO GIVE THEIR SON THE BENEFIT OF EDUCATION AT SUCH A PUBLIC SCHOOL AND OTHERWISE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HEADMASTER.
