GRANTING AID OR RELIEF TO SURREY BOWLERS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN AFFILIATED MEMBERS OF THE SURREY COUNTY BOWLING ASSOCIATION AND THEIR DEPENDANTS,WHO FROM AGE, ILLNESS, INFIRMITY OR ANY OTHER CAUSE ARE IMPROVERISHED OR IN DISTRESSED FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
