TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE HEALTH DISTRICT OF SOUTHEND-ON-SEA WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY FAILURE OR DISEASE BY PROVIDING SERVICES OF FACILITIES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSIST THE RECOVERY OF SUCH PERSONS AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN KIDNEY DISEASE.
