Charitable objects

(A) TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE MEDICAL, SURGICAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INTO THE STUDY OF INTENSIVE THERAPY AND ANAESTHESIA AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH TO THE PUBLIC,(B) TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN ALL ASPECTS OF INTENSIVE THERAPY AND ANAESTHESIA.(C) TO CARRT OUT SUCH OTHER LEGAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL EDUCATION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE.
