UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS BERNARD MILLER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DURING HIS LIFE IN WRITING REVOCABLY OR IRREVOCABLY DIRECT AND AFTER HIS DEATH UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS NIGEL MILLER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DURING HIS LIFE IN WRITING REVOCABLY OR IRREVOCABLY DIRECT AND SUBJECT AS AFORESAID UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES BEING AT LEAST TWO IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
