TO APPLY THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF OR SUCH PART OR PARTS THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TOWARDS ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES: (A) IN THE PROMOTION AND FURTHERANCE OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION AND EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE JEWISH FAITH. (B) FOR OR TOWARDS THE ADVACEMENT OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE MIDDLESEX NEW SYNAGOGUE OR ITS SUCCESSOR OR SUCCESSORS OR A MEMBER OF WHOSE FAMILY IS A MEMBER OF THE SAID SYNAGOGUE.
