TO ADVANCE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN THE CITY OF READING AND OTHER PARTS OF ENGLAND, BUT IN PARTICULAR TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND TO PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH ACCOMMADATION BY REASON OF THEIR NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
