Charitable objects
1. THE AWARDING OF ONE ANNUAL BOOK PRIZE TO A CHILD ATTENDING THE WEST WITTERING PAROCHIAL CHURCH SCHOOL SUCH PRIZE TO BE KNOWN AS THE BLACKHALL PRIZE. 2. AFTER PROVISION OF THE BLACKHALL PRIZE AND ANNUAL BALANCE SHALL BE PAID TO ANY CHARITABLE CHRISTIAN EDUCATIONAL PROJECT BEING UNDERTAKEN WITHIN THE SAID PARISH.
