Charitable objects

THE RELIEF OF THE AGED BY THE PROVISION OF A HOME OR HOMES FOR ELDERLY AND INFIRM PERSONS. 1) FOR OR TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF A HOME OR HOMES FOR THE BENEFIT OF AGED PERSONS WHO ARE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN; AND 2) FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF ANY SUCH CHARITABLE HOMES AND AFTER-CARE UNITS FOR ELDERLY VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS THEREOF; 3) IF AND INSOFAR AS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO APPLY THE CHARITY'S FUNDS ON THE ACTIVITIES SPECIFIED AT 9(1) AND 9(2) OF THIS CLAUSE THEN THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THEIR FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF AGED PERSONS WHO ARE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN WHO RESIDE IN THEIR OWN HOMES OR OTHER RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION.
