THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOMBE THEREOF SHALL BE HELD ON EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE TRUSTS TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE TRUSTEE'S ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE TO THE INTENT THAT NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING HEREIN ELSEWHER CONTAINED.
