TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE RECREATIONAL FACILITES PLAYING FIELDS AND RECREATION GROUNDS FOR BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF AYTHORPE RODING IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
