THE FURTHERANCE OF PRE-MATRICULATION, POST-MATRICULATION AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN SOUTHERN AFRICA BY SPONSORING VISITS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM BY TEACHERS OR TRAINEE TEACHERS WORKING OR INTENDING TO WORK FOR SACHED TRUST IN SOUTHERN AFRICA TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ATTEND EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING COURSES IN THE U.K. AND BY SPONSORING VISITS TO SOUTHERN AFRICA BY PERSONS EXPERIENCED IN TEACHING TEACHER TRAINING EDUCATIONAL METHODS OR ANY OTHER SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES CONNECTED WITH EDUCATION THAT THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER WILL ASSIST SACHED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS PROGRAMME AND SUBJECT THERETO BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
