THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT HAVING TAKEN THE ADVICE OF THE HOLDERS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE POSITIONS OF HEAD OF THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT OF THE CHICHESTER COLLEGE O TECHNOLOLGY AND THE WEST SUSSEX COUNTTY MUSIC ADVISER.
