THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PERSONS IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER OR NOT THEY CONTRIBUTE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE STAFF OF THE NATIONAL BIOLOGICAL STANDARDS BOARD OR FORMER SUCH MEMBERS OR DEPENDANTS OF SUCH MEMBERS OR OF FORMER SUCH MEMBERS OR DEPENDANTS OF ANY DECEASED PERSON WHO WAS A DEPENDANT OF SUCH A MEMBER OR OF A FORMER SUCH MEMBER OR OF ANY DECEASED PERSON WHO AT THE TIME HAD RECEIVED ASSISTANCE FROM THE ASSOCIATION.
