Charitable objects

1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE YEAR ENDED 5TH DECEMBER 1980 (THE FIRST YEAR) AS TO ONE MOIETY FOR THE SPASTICS SOCIETY CHARITY VIA THE STARS ORGANISATION FOR SPASTICS AND AS TO THE OTHER MOIETY TO SUCH UNITED KINGDOM CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AS BOB HOPE SHALL NOMINATE. 2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR TO SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
