Charitable objects

(1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY SICKNESS OLD AGE AND INFIRMITY IN ALL ITS FORMS AMONG ALL PERSONS LIVING IN THE TOWN OF SALTASH AND ALL THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NORMALLY OR USUALLY RESIDED IN THE TOWN OF SALTASH AND WHO ARE RECEIVING TREATMENT EITHER AS AN OUT-PATIENT OR AN IN-PATIENT IN ANY NURSING HOME HOSPITAL OLD PERSONS' HOME PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL HOME ALMSHOUSE OR OTHER ACCOMMODATION FOR THE SICK OR ELDERLY. (2) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PERSONS SATISFYING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE WHO HAVE NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR AGE IMFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT OR POVERTY FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
