Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON AND THE AREAS IMMEDIATELY ADJOINING IT, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
