1. THAT THE SAID LAND SHALL FOR EVER HEREAFTER BE PRESERVED FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THE PUBLIC FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
2. THAT A REASONABLE PORTION OF THE SAID LAND IS SET APART FOR USE BY YOUNG CHILDREN.
