(2) THE ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION OF RELIGION AND OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION AT DOVER COLLEGE, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND ORNAMENTATION OF CONSECRATED BUILDINGS. (3) PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AT DOVER COLLEGE. (4) PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO DOVER COLLEGE.
