Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEST WATFORD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR HEALTH, RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDIATIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNTIY CENTRE.
