1) TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND IN SUCH OTHER AREAS THAT ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT OR PROVISION BEING FACILITIES OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH CHILDREN BY PROMOTING THEIR SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, CREATIVE, INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONAL AND CULTURAL WELL-BEING AND AS IDENTIFIED IN THE UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN, CREATE A PROTECTIVE ENVIRONMENT TO SHIELD CHILDREN FROM EXPLOITATION, ABUSE AND VIOLENCE 2) TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF TOY LIBRARIES, THE PROVISION OF INCLUSIVE YOUTH CLUBS SUCH AS "PHAB" CLUBS AND THE PROVISION OF INCLUSIVE PLAY SCHEMES SUCH AS "LETS PLAY TOGETHER" AND OTHER SIMILAR SCHEMES AND ACTIVITIES
