Charitable objects
1)IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF TAUNTON DEANE OR WHO ARE PUPILS OR FORMER PUPILS OF MAINTAINED SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE SAID BOROUGH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR PUPILS OR FORMER PUPILS OF BISHOP FOX`S SCHOOL AT TAUNTON 2)IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY MAINTAINED SECONDARY SCHOOL IN THE BOROUGH OF TAUNTON DEANE AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED.
