TO PAY $5 TO THE PERSON OR PERSON APPOINTED TO AND FOR THE TIM EBEING HAVING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CHAPEL AND SCHOOL FOR RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION: OCCUPIED OR USED BY MEMBERS OF THE WESLEYAN ASSOCIATION SITUATED IN THE BOROUGH OF LOSTWITHIEL TO BE BY SUCH PERSON OR PERSON APPLIED IN AID OF THE FUNDS OF THE SAID CHAPEL AND SCHOOL. TO APPLY THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AMONGST SUCH AND SO MANY POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF LOSTWITHIEL AS TO THE TRUSTEEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHOULD SEEM PROPER.
