TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC PARTICULARLY SCOTTISH PIPE BAND MUSIC BY PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE BAND SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
