FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIESTS INCARDINATED INTO ANY DIOCESE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH WHICH IS WITHIN THE BENEFICIAL AREA INCLUDING SUCH PRIESTS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM IN SUCH WAYS, MANNER, SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FORM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. AREA OF BENEFIT MEANS AND INCLUDES THE WHOLE EXTENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTIES OF KENT, SURREY, EAST SUSSEX AND WEST SUSSEX AND SUCH PARTS OF THE AREAS OF THE LONDON BOROUGHS AS LIE TO THE SOUTH OF THE RIVER THAMES.
