THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST THAT THEY SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND MAY APPLY THE CAPITAL THEREOF FOR SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES ASSOCIATIONS OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE BUT HAVING REGARD TO ANY WISHES EXPRESSED TO THEM BY CANON FREDERICK ARTHUR FRANK POULDEN DECEASED.
