Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG ARMENIANS PARTICULARLY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY OF ARMENIAN HISTORY, LITERATURE, LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND RELIGION. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG ARMENIANS AND THE RELIEF IN CASES OF NEED OF ARMENIAN PERSONS WHO ARE SICK OR AGED. THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEEDY STUDENTS, ASSIST OTHER ARMENIAN INSTITUTIONS WHICH ARE REGISTERED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, TO ESTABLISH CHARITABLE SCHOOLS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS ATTENDING SUCH SCHOOLS AND TO ESTABLISH CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES , CULTURAL CENTRES AND CLINICS AND OTHER MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE RUNNING OF SUCH INSTITUTIONS.
