TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PHYSICALLY AND/OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN WHO ARETHE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY AND TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY) AT CAMDEN HOUSE, 103 CHASE ROAD N14 OR ANY OTHER HOME ESTABLISHED BY THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY OR SUCH OTHER AUTHORITY AS MAY FOR THE TIME BEING HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CARE OF HANDICAPPED CHILDREN WITHIN THE AREA OF THE SAID LONDON BOROUGH AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND RELIEF OF POVERTY DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
