TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WELFARE OF MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS AT THE NEW BLENDWORTH CENTRE LTD (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AT BLENDWORTH IN HAMPSHIRE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK AT THE CENTRE.
