FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING POVERTY AMONGST PRESENT AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF BRITISH AIRWAYS (AND ITS PREDECESSOR COMPANIES OR CORPORATIONS) AND THEIR SPOUSES AND DEPENDANTS (INCLUDING THE SPOUSES AND DEPENDANTS OF DECEASED EMPLOYEES) AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR GOODS OR MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES OR OTHERWISE TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS.
