TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONGST PERSONS LIVING IN LUTON, STEVENAGE AND HARPENDEN BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR THE HOSPITALS, OLD PEOPLE'S HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
