Charitable objects
I. TO PROMOTE THE EXERCISE AND MAINTAIN THE STANDARDSOF THE CRAFT OF WEAVING. II. TO PRESERVE AND IMPROVE CRAFTSMANSHIP IN RESPECT OF THAT CRAFT. III. TO PROMOTE ASSIST AND IMPROVE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CRAFT OF WEAVING AND THE CRAFTSMANSHIP OF SUCH CRAFT AND THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF CRAFT PUPILS OR STUDENTS AND CRAFTSMEN IN THE CRAFT OF WEAVING. IV. TO DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION CONCERNING GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND DESIGN IN THE CRAFT OF WEAVING. V. TO PROMOTE ENCOURAGE UNDERTAKE OR ORGANIZE RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL WORK AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
