(1) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. (2) TO STUDY THOSE ASPECTS OF THE INDUSTRY AND RELATED OPERATIONS NECESSARY TO IMPROVE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AND DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF ALL SUCH STUDY.
