Charitable objects
TO IMPROVE, MAINTAIN AND EXTEND THE PUBLIC AMENITIES WITHIN THE PARISH OF YARDLEY HASTINGS AND IN PARTICULAR (THOUGH WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE VILLAGE HALL AND TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE SAID PARISH.
