A) THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND, PARTIALLY SIGHTED OR OTHERWISE DISABLED AND HAVE NEED OF SUCH HOLIDAYS BY REASON OF THIER INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS. B) SUCH OTHER MANNER BEING CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
