1) TO OR FOR ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND LEARNING IN MEDICAL SCIENCE OR PRACTICE, THE PROMOTION OF MEDICAL RESEARCH AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES AND THE PUBLICATION OF SUCH DEVELOPMENT AND THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. 2) TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.
