MARY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF AND TO ALLOW THE BRANCHES OF THE BRITISH LEGION AT BERGH APTON AND THE WOMENS INSTITUTE OF ROCKLAND ST. MARY THE JOINT USE OF THE LAND AND BUILDING FOR THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
