FOR THE PURPOSE (IF AND IN SO FAR AS SAME SHALL BE CHARITALBE) OF PROVIDING MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT SICK AND DISABLED PERSONS OF SMALL MEANS AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY PROVIDING MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT AND CURE OF EYE DISEASES.
