Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC LENDING LIBRARY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ELECTORAL WARD OF LIGHTWATER WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF SURREY HEATH (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT"). TO PROVIDE MEETING ROOM AND VILLAGE HALL FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
