A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE RESIDENTS OF BEARSTED, THURNHAM, AND OTHAM PARISHES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING THE USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, OR FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID RESIDENTS.
