THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY HELPING TO MAINTAIN, BEAUTIFY, AND KEEP IN GOOD ORDER THE FABRIC, INTERNAL FITTINGS, AND FURNISHINGS OF THE CHURCH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST COTTERED, TOGETHER WITH ITS SURROUNDING CHURCHYARD AND BOUNDARY WALL, INCLUDING ANY STRUCTURAL REORDERING OF THE INTERIOR OF THE FABRIC THAT MAY BECOME NECESSARY.
