INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF A PRIZE FOR THE STUDENT ATTENDING HARRIS CITY TECHNICAL COLLEGE ADJUDGED BY THE TRUSTEES TO HAVE MADE THE GREATEST EFFORT IN THE PREECEDING YEAR IN HIS OR HER OWN LIFE AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE LIFE OF THAT COLLEGE UNDER SUCH RULES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE LAID DOWN BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE AWARD OF THE SAID PRIZE
