(A) AS A RESIDENTIAL OR NON-RESIDENTIAL CENTRE BY A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS OR OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS ADVANCING EDUCATION INCLUDING RECREATIONAL AND CHARACTER TRAINING ACTIVITIES; (B) FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR OR HANDICAPPED (MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY) OR SICK CHILDREN AND/OR YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE O 25 YEARS WHO HAVE NEED OF A CHANGE OF AIR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR HEALTH; (C) FOR THE RELIEF OF THE AGED BY USE AS A HOME FOR THE AGED; (D) FOR THE ELIEF OF SICKNESS BY USE AS A CONVALESCENT HOME.
