ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF REIGATE AND BANSTEAD (OR ITS SUCCESSOR AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER OR WHERESOEVER FOR THE TIME BEING) OR OF THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD OR OF ANY PART OF THE SAID BOROUGH AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE TRUST IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
