TO COLLECT SUBSCRIPTIONS AND GIFTS FROM MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION, AND TO PAY FOR THEM DONATIONS IN AMOUNTS OF ú10 OR MORE, TO THE GRAND CHARITY OF FREEMASONS OR SUCH OTHER MASONIC CHARITY AS THE MEMBERS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE.
