TO RELIEVE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE OF ALL AGES (WHETHER SUCH HANDICAPS BE PHYSICAL OR SENSORY OR BOTH) IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE PARISH OF HENFIELD, WEST SUSSEX AND THE IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING PARISHES.
