'THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PATIENTS ATTENDING THE BOTESDALE HEALTH CENTRE IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND OTHER AMENITIES AND GENERALY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID CENTRE.'
