(A) TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR MEN AND WOMEN IN VOLUNTARY WORK AND SOCIAL SERVICES, WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL MEAN ANY OR ALL ORGANISATIONS OR PERSONS PROVIDING, BY ALL MEANS AS SHALL CONTRIBUTE TO OR BE CONSISTENT WITH THE PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF HUMAN LIFESERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE FOR THE ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE OF PERSONS SUFFERING ILL HEALTH, POVERTY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISTRESS OR GENERALLY BEING HANDICAPPED OR TO PREVENT OR ALLEVIATE ILL HEALTH POVERTY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISTRESS OR ANY HANDICAP.
