THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR ORGANISATIONS INVOLVED IN THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS AND SUFFERING, IN THE TRAINING, REHABILITATION, AND OTHER NEEDS OF PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE DEVIZES AND DISTRICT AREA, WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED.
