THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF ASHMEAD, CAM GREEN, DOWNHOUSE AND UPTHORPE IN PARISH OF CAM (HERINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID INHABITANTS.
